Why aren't you getting any?
Well first of all.
What am i talking about?
Result!
Are you getting close to your goals?
For most of us, we are either all in or all out.
We make a decision to go all in.....
and it works (for few weeks at least)
And then we fall out and get back to starting line.
Look at the British cycling team
in Olympic games in Rio. They dominated it!
In interview their head coach revealed what their secret is.
He looked at their performance and increased it by......... 1%
Yes by 1%
Thats it!
I know that is not a huge change.....
BUT imagine you would do that with your life
Make your life better by 1% every week.
Your performance at the gym, your diet, personal life,
your job/business..... anything you want
In 2 years, your life would change about 100%
Now THAT is a huge change!
If you want to start getting result, focus on the small
changes rather then the big ones. You won't feel overwhelmed
and are gonna be more likely to stick to changes.
Remember if you want to change your life by 100% it all comes down
not to how big the change is but how consistent you can be.
Ask your self few questions.
Would it be difficult for me to improve my life by 1% every week?
Can I hold my self accountable, or do I need someone else?
Do i know what changes i should be doing?
How do I measure it?
